Marty Halpern and Chuck Taylor met at preschool and continued their friendship off and on through high school. Marty focused on creativity and big ideas while working for a family business. Chuck honed his real estate law skills working at Morris, Manning and Martin. They came together in 1996 to form the HT Group, LLC and found that their disparate individual talents complemented each other’s in surprising, and what turned out to be inseparable, ways.
